The official conference language is English. The Conference presentations will consist of invited lectures, oral presentations, poster presentations, selected by the Program Committee and Technical Notes. Multi plenary sessions is planned for all oral presentations.
Oral Presentations
It is recommended to prepare the presentation files in all Microsoft PowerPoint files (*.ppt/*.pps/*.pptx/*.ppsx) or the Portable Document Format (*.pdf).
Files containing the presentations should be delivered directly to the
'Slide Room' on the first day or on the day before the presentation
(during coffee breaks), on USB-drives (there will be no CD‑ROM or other
disc drives), but the organizers will be grateful for delivering the
files in advance on registration desk.
The files should be named by the ID number of the accepted abstract followed by the Author’s surname, e.g. 321_Smith.pdf (for revised abstracts use the ID of the last, accepted document).
Most talks are 15-minutes in length including 3 minutes for questions and answers.
The presentation computers will be equipped with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Poster presentation
The poster size should not exceed 120 cm height and 94 cm width.
Posters have to be placed on the boards on Wednesday, July 1, and have
to be taken down on Friday, July 3.
Your poster place will be identified by a label posted on the
corresponding board.
The Session Chairmen
Detailed, letter instructions will be handed to each of the Chairmen during the registration.
The main duty of the Chairman is to keep to the time schedule.
In the case of no show, the Chairman announces a 15-minute break in a session.
Registration at the reception desk
The conference registration desk will be located in the Main Hall of V Building - the central place of the conference, on Wednesday, July 1, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM. It will be open for queries and the late registrations throughout the conference from 8:30 AM each day.
Invited Presentations
Invited talks are 45 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Technical Notes
The available board area for Technical Notes poster should not exceed 120 cm height and 94 cm width. More information on Technical Notes can be found here
